New UK Law Regarding Infant Car Seats

There will be a number of important changes to the law in Britain on the use of child restraints in cars, vans, and goods vehicles from the 18th of September.

The changes will also be made in Northern Ireland later in September.

These changes to the law make it an offence not to have your child fitted in the correct type of child restraint seat if they are less than 1.35m tall or (12 years old).
As this will affect almost every new parent we have provided a link to a PDF document where you can read through these impending changes yourself.
